They were called back several times to fix/replace cheap trim around the inside and outside of the sliding door they installed. Also to readjust the doors. The contract was not completed as it had included caulking a window which was never attended to. They were paid in full. We had the trim replaced by another company. Their cheap fixes were unacceptable. Wouldn'tt do business with them again sad to say.

The crew was nice,neat ,friendly and knew what they were doing. They got the job done in a timely fashion cleaned up and left. They did everything they said they would do.... I was happy!!!.

It only took them a little over half an hour to do this job. They came the next day after calling them. Very quick and efficient. Only thing was they charge for 2 hr minimum but the pric was still reasonable. I highly recommend.

This is the first time I have used Home Advisor and was a little leery about it, but John and Shawn were great. They came out immediately to give an estimate to repair my fence that had broken due to high winds, and they were wonderful to deal with. Very polite and professional. When the day came to do the work, I truly didn't think they'd show up because the weather was not good being winter in Erie PA, but they did. Then a couple of days afterwards there was another bout of high winds and the fence held up wonderfully. I would definitely use them again in the future.

These gentlemen were great to work with and put a ramp in just this past week. The weather was freezing and they put it in even when we told them they could wait for it to warm up. They even gave my daughter a jump because her truck wouldn't start. Great service, great job. Highly recommended.

John called me while he was in the ER to set up a visit to give us an estimate! Shawn was here the next day to look at our stairs; which were old and moved enough to frighten us with my elderly mother in the house. Shawn explained what was needed to stabilize the stairs and provided an estimate far less than what the previous homeowner, our family member, had been quoted by another professional to completely replace the stairs. The work was immediately scheduled, then Shawn was able to come out several days early and complete the job in just a few hours. We will definitely be hiring Crimson Door again to complete other jobs we are working on as we make repairs/upgrades to our new home. We also asked him for business cards to give to friends in the area who are also doing home repairs. We cannot recommend these guys enough.
