For over 85 years, Crisafulli Bros. Plumbing & Heating Contractors, Inc. has provided plumbing, sewer and drain, heating and cooling design, installation, service, scheduled maintenance, and electrical services to our clientele. Founded in 1939, our company now spans three generations combining the pride and craftsmanship you expect from a locally owned and operated family business with the resources and knowledge available from a large national company. With a growing workforce and a fleet of vehicles driving around every upstate NY neighborhood, Crisafulli Bros. is one of the largest mechanical contracting companies in the Capital Region. Maximus showed up and gave us a detailed list of what would need to be fixed. After a bit he showed us everything he worked on and even gave us some advice on plumbing issues unrelated to what he had originally come to help with. We have hot water again and it was incredibly straightforward and hassle free! He was incredibly polite and helpful and I would recommend Crisafulli to anyone who needs work done.

Technician Jordan Thomas was on time, professional, friendly. Performed furnace cleaning quickly and removed all replaced filters. Explained work performed. Work was done under a service contract so no charge.

Horribly.. they put in ac that was too small and making horrible noise then duck taped a Styrofoam above it leaving major leaks on tope of it.. I asked them to send someone different to do it right they sent the same person and they repeated the tape job

Unfortunately, we cannot always send a requested tech due to availability and the specific job type. Then, I see that 2 months later you issued a complaint about your window AC unit making noise, at which time we sent Mitch to assess the situation. All, of which, was of no charge to you. With window units, sometimes foam customizations are needed in order to seal gaps, depending on the window size etc. Also, we size the units based on square footage and this is given to us by Heap. You have a 240 sq ft space, which requires a 6000 btu unit, which is what we installed. I hope this helps clarify some things for you and makes you feel better about the services we provided for you :-)"

I had a Klimaire 36,000 BTU Split-type Heater/Air Conditioner installed by Jake Prevost and an electrician. They did an awesome job. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation also included electrical wiring from the fuse box to the unit, along with electric wire guard covers. The unit worked perfectly by the time they were done. I was also very surprised that they cleaned up the entire area and removed all of the trash and large boxes that came with the inside and outside unit. Highly recommended!

Our heat and hot water went out! Right at the holidays. Called Simons Heating and Cooling, Inc.- Ken came out - We had a couple of different companies come to evaluate - one said nothing wrong - the other said we needed a new $13K boiler -- - Ken found the exhaust pipe was clogged because some poor mouse thought it would make a great winter home! He was knowledgeable, friendly and worked till the heat was back on a couple of hours later! Thank You Simons Heating and Cooling, Inc. for your responsiveness to our call and Ken for his fabulous technical knowledge! Simons HVAC replaced our 20 yr. old mini split with a Lenox mini heat pump. The installers, Felix, Ryan, and Antonio were here right on time, were very professional, worked with me on how I wanted it done, did a great job, cleaned up all the workplace, tested the equipment, and got the job done in one day. Simons's office personnel, Danyan, Marissa, Crystal,and Tammy were perfect in scheduling, following up, doing warranty registration, and applying for National Grids rebate. The unit is performing great, it is so quiet you don't even know it's on. It can even provide heat down to below zero and save alot on operating costs. Lenox makes superior equipment! I recommend Simon's for all your heating and cooling needs.

Simons is the best company we have ever done business with in the North Country. We chose them to install five mini splits for both heating and air conditioning after getting five other quotes. We could not be happier with our decision. From getting the initial quote from John, to Honey and Missy in the office answering all our calls and questions, to Ryan and his partner installing the system on time and as promised — we have never used contractors this professional either in the North Country or in New Jersey! After it was installed and we went back to NJ, and we realized the Wi-Fi was not working. John went to our house first thing the next day, and worked with my husband over the phone to set up the app so we could monitor the temperature from NJ. Three months later, we arrived at our home in NY and it is the first time in 26 years that we were able to raise the temperature the day before we left NJ, and arrived to a warm and comfortable home on Lake George! Thank you everyone at Simons we look forward to working with you going forward.

Simons is by far the most amazing local company I have ever done business with. To put this in perspective, my wife and I just had a baby and at two weeks old our furnace was red tagged because it was overfiring severely and was a hazard, meaning we needed to have it replaced, two days before Christmas leaving us with no heat. Missy and Honey worked tirelessly to assist and locate the furnace we needed by the end of the same day we called and both Eric and Matt were at our door the next morning to install it, spending the entire day at my home. The company recognized my urgency and checked in with me repeatedly until the job was done and even called the Monday after the holiday to see how we are doing. I will never forget what Simons did for me and will recommend them to anyone who I possibly can.

Matt Todriff did an exceptional job...checked and adjusted the heating system and made sure everything was working to Lennox high efficiency specifications. Also told Todd about an issue with my humidifier feed line and he called Honey the service coordinator. What a great family oriented group of employees! We scheduled repair for 2 days later. I just enjoy having these folks work on my heating and cooling system!

Long day of work for Eric Smith and Logan Duers. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable and very willing to answer our less than knowledgeable questions and help us understand the issue and solutions. Would highly recommend Eric for any maintenance and repair work. He was at our home for two days.

We had our AC go out and contacted another company and due to a communication error on their end, they didn't show up. We arrived home after being away for the weekend to find out they didn't come to fix the AC and temps were in the 90s. We called Simons on Sunday afternoon and Ken C. came that evening. He was quick to diagnose and repair the issue and was very professional and nice to work with. He took time to explain what he was doing and was nice enough to answer my many questions. We will definitely use Simons again and request Ken as our technician.

Simons just installed a Lennox high efficiency furnace and AC unit at my residence and we couldn't be happier with the process from start to finish. Tammy does a great job of coordinating both the estimation and install phases with excellent communication. Aaron was our install tech and completed the installation within the committed time. Not only does the system perform beautifully, Aaron's attention to detail in creating a neat installation both inside and outside the house was appreciated. Simons are professionals all the way, and we are extremely pleased with the whisper quiet high efficiency furnace!
