Handyman Service
This Co. Cherokee Home Pros was referred by Angi. They are a transfer from NC. After 2 days of conversation, hired for a job for Monday. Accepted quote. 1 owner called to reschedule for Sat. Which we were not available so we scheduled Wed. Agreed. No show, no call, no contact. Called Angi list on Wed. They reached out to another of the ? owners?, then transferred my call to Craig. This person said the company closed over the weekend. Therefore his call to reschedule was during the closing of the company & he misled our agreement. I was not contacted even though I was under contract. This owner, other than Christobal, jokingly & unprofessionally commented ,? I know where you live?. Reported to Angi. And our local dept. due to comments. Ones listed as : John Cristal, Derrick Hunter, Craig Marble, Cristobal Cruz, & Chrystal Young was listed as a division owner of a connected Co. Do not hire.
