Criterion Home Inspection, LLC

Mitchell was amazing. I called him in a panic b/c I was POA for my son who is deployed. The closing was in 3 days and no Home Inspection had been done. Mitchell was so nice to drip what he was doing and come to my rescue inspecting the house the very next day. (I'm sure he could hear the panic in my voice) He was prompt and incredibly thorough. He even had indoor and outdoor shoes so as to NOT track mud into the house. Mitchell from Criterion found several issues with the house that would have been unknown to me. I had terrible sellers and terrible seller agent and non existent unprofessional buyer's agent. The sellers and agents were furious I was having a Home inspection done. B/c of the report and Criterion's Inspection I was able to negotiate a Brand NEW HVAC unit. For this I am truly indebted to Mitchell. We closed on the house 2 days later and the HVAC was installed within a week. I called Mitchell to ask if he would re check the HVAC installation and he was happy to do it. He went out and made a very extensive inspeciton of the unit, making sure both heat and AC were working. Mitchell also offered us a Military discount as my son (who is the homeowner) is currently deployed, AND the ICING on the cake...He was so kind he went out to the house to do the recheck, calling me after it was done (we live in another state and couldn't be there for it),he went over everything and sent a detailed report. I asked him to send the invoice and he said ... NO CHARGE. I Cannot thank him enough. If you need a home inspection... Mitchell from CRITERION is your guy. You Wont be disappointed! This home purchase with these agents(Keller Williams Fayettveille) was NOT a good experience, But having Mitchell on my side made it all so much better!! Thank you for a job well Done Mitchell.
