Criterium-Chipman Engineers
About us
Criterium-Chipman Engineers = PROBLEM SOLVED! Criterium-Chipman Engineers evaluates existing buildings and other facilities for buyers, owners, lenders and insurers. We have been helping people solve problems with their buildings in the Carolinas since 1979. We are generally not the least expensive inspection service in the area but we are almost always the most experienced and professional. Customers who shop for value will never be disappointed with their decision to hire a Criterium Engineer. Criterium-Chipman Engineers is a locally owned affiliate of Criterium Engineers, a national organization of professional engineers and architects founded in 1957. Our local office provides you with immediate access to the engineer working with you-while supported by the resource of a national engineering company. The Standard Criterium Engineers home inspection is an on-site evaluation of your home's systems, including the structure, by a licensed Professional Engineer. Only licensed professional engineers are legally authorized to determine the structural integrity of a building. Avoid the expense and delay of a qualified second opinion when an ordinary home inspector cannot analyze a structure.
