Kaston called me right away after I submitted the order. He is friendly and accomodating. He was able to come the very next day. He arrived as scheduled and completed on time as estimated. I arrived just as he was finishing up so I did not supervise the project but my husband was here and had no complaints. Carpets look great, he was fair on the price per the quote I received. Did not research prices for carpet stretching so do not know if this is a good deal, but it seemed like a fair price for service. The only item I think could be improved on was the detail at the end of going around the mop boards and detail tucking the carpet. I'm Happy
