We had used a another local company to install the gas line to our Generac generator.. Found out when the power went out and the generator would not work that we needed someone who KNEW what they were doing. Called Critical Systems. Chris was here in 30 minutes!!! Saw the problem right away!!! Advised us to call the propane company to put a new line in. We did. Took them 1 1/2 hours to get here. The repair guy stood there. He had NO clue. Had to call another guy to come help him. NO clue again. We called Chris (we love Chris!) he explained it to them. Now , hopefully, it will be fixed. If you need generator repair...call Critical Systems!!!!!!!!!! They are THE best!!!!!!

The young man that came to my home for the generator repair was courteous, helpful and I would not hesitate to use this company again or to refer them to anyone in need of their service. I was 100% satisfied and their rates are reasonable.
