James promptly answered my email inquiry about his service and set an appointment with me to estimate the job. His price was absolutely fair for the amount of work he would have to do! On the morning of the job he was on time (early, really!), cleared out several large storage areas, and ultimately cleaned up the entire job site when he was finished. Clothing was donated to St Vincent de Paul; books to shelters, and other items were to be recycled if possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a diligent service person!

James did a great job in communicating as well as completing the task in the time indicated. He arrived on a Saturday morning removed all rocks in our landscaping area and had it all completed on the same day. We would highly recommend him for removal services.

James was amazing. He was prompt, courteous and extremely reasonable. I actually gave him an extra $10 over what he asked for. I have already sent out an e-mail to the rest of our Condo Association with his information and have received a couple of responses from people that will keep for their use in the future. A couple of hours later, James delivered a wonderful packet of information for me to pass along to our Association Board as well. Over and above what we expected.

I had a difficult problem, cleaning up a site so the DNR would approve burning it. James handled it very well, including working with the DNR. He also cleaned the interior of my barn as I asked him to. He was professenal and very kind.
