Overall, a good experience. I was called back and given a {free} quote quickly. The cleanup work was also done the next day. Hopefully, I'll never have bats in my attic again, but if I know anyone who does, I know who to call!

(Based on the expense and nature of the work) I'd recommend a camera view of the space that was affected, cleaned, repaired so the customer can have peace of mind that the work was done wholly. There was one fixture in a closet that wasnt reset in the ceiling but otherwise the guys did a great job.

Very poor after care. They came and placed a trap and have not been back to re-bait.

"We have made several attempts to contact customer with no answer nor return phone calls. We even went by his home on Saturday to see if the customer was home because we had not been able to make contact. However, the customer was not at home. I was finally able to get the customer on the phone yesterday and we made an appointment for our technicians to rebait the traps. The technicians made several calls and left messages and I made a call and finally got him on the phone. The customer was fine with us coming by and rebaiting the traps and he said that he has not heard anymore noise and that I would get him on schedule to close up the entry points. He replied ok. Then he in turn, calls the technician that had been trying to reach him and tells them to come get the traps and don't come back. He doesn't want us to do the seal up now. So, as of today, we will pick up our traps and close out this job. Our main objective in running a business is to make our customers happy. However, if we can't get the customer on the phone then there is not much we can do. But I am glad we were able to get rid of the animal and maybe it won't come back since the seal up work was not done."

they price gouged me 10 times more than my second opinion and missed that my big problem was racoons and what they were doing to my roof, stay away from them!

"We adamantly disagree with this review. We actually one squirrel and two rats at this customers house. There is an abundant amount of rat and squirrel fecal matter in the insulation. There was no signs of raccoon fecal matter in his attic nor an entry point for raccoons. We quoted price for complete seal up to prevent rats and squirrels from re-entering (which we caught both) and replacing all insulation that someone had added an astronomical amount to his ceilings. The customer never complained about price but said to wife's illness, he could not afford, so we dropped the price by 1/3 and was stilling willing to do the complete job to help them out. We hope that you do not let a misguided customer's review reflect on our company's commitment to be honest and ethical in every inspection. We have worked hard to maintain an A rating with Home Advisor and the BBB. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact us at Critter Capture. What a difficult job during the summer! But they did a good job, patched up holes, hung bat net, cleaned out the attic, sanitized afterward and refilled with fresh insulation. Yes, it was painfully expensive, but no way could we have done it on our own!

These guys know what they are doing! They hung a bat net, which allowed the bats to leave the attic, but not get back in. Then they sealed up every possible entry point. Great folks to work with. Professional & courteous. The only downside was the cost of the job. On the pricey side! BUT . . . NO BATS!!!

Efficient, polite and took care of the problem quickly. I had a raccoon in the attic. I like the fact the they do not use poison to get rid of critters unless there is not another way.

They got rid of the bats, but I cannot believe how much it costs. Although they saved me money compared to the other companies I contacted. The overall experience was professional, and the warranty was doubled.

All employees were poite and efficient. There were no delays that couldn't have been avoided. A thunder storm affected the outside process one afternoon but they came back and completed the job the next day.
