Very responsive!! Ebben explains everything and answers all questions and I had a lot of questions. Extremely friendly and helpful along with the office employee Katcha. They are very professional with extensive experience and know exactly how to fix the situation.

I was very pleased with all aspects of my interaction with this company from my first phone call to the technician, Ebben, who came to my house. The woman that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled the technician to come to my house. Couple of hours later, Ebben called to say that he was 20 minutes from my house. I was so stressed out over a critter being in my basement. Ebben was thorough in his search of my basement, attic, and all interior and exterior entry points. He explained everything he was doing, what he saw didn't see, and what he found and didn't find. I was thankful for his knowledge of the critter, which he shared with me. My stress is completely gone, thanks to Ebben. I highly recommend this company and Ebben for your critter issues.
