"We are sorry that you had this experience! It is our standard policy that a service call is for charged to compensate us for our time and expenses to come out to your house and give you a solution to your problem. We will in most cases apply that service call fee to the cost of any work done by us to remediate your issues. However, if you choose not to use us for the service and choose to use the info provided in our estimate to solve the problem yourself or use another company, then the service call stands to compensate us for our expenses incurred, time and knowledge. All of this is clearly explained before we send any inspector out to the home. If you had chosen to move forward with the work recommended then the service call fee you paid would have been applied to the cost of the work. We are sorry if there was a miscommunication with you in this regard somehow. If you ever need help with a wildlife problem again, we'd be more than happy to waive any service call fee and offer you the best and most cost effective service we can, so we can have the opportunity to change your mind about our service.
