"I don't understand why the value and budget are not 5 stars. We installed almost 3 times the insulation he paid for. When we were at his home for the inspection, he only wanted the outside edges of the attic done. Most of the attic was floored. When my install crew arrived, he had removed all of the flooring and said they needed to do the entire attic. We were almost $600 in the hole on this job."
