We had a family of raccoons living in our chimney. He came back several times to make sure the job was done right and that all of the raccoons were out, then capped the chimney to make sure it wouldn't happen again. We were very satisfied with his work.

Excellent service! I would reccomend this company to anyone needing critter control. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience…I was worried about killing the baby mice. Instead we relocated the babies and plugged up the holes to try to force the adult mice out. He found the point of entry very quickly. Bait traps were set just in case they don't craw out!

David was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable! Also, came out early the next day since mice terrify me! He spent time listening to my concerns and then he set professional traps. About a week later he came back and sealed up holes and walked around the entire property and made suggestions to eradicate mice. Great service! Extremely satisfied! Had a skunk problem in the window well. Critter Control came out and removed the skunk without the skunk spraying. Then they constructed a barrier to prevent skunks or other animals from getting into the area and creating the same problem.

They called within 15 minutes of when I contacted ServiceMagic. Mark set up an appointment for the next morning to look at our pigeon problem. He was the second of four to tour the site. While he was on site, he was positive and forthcoming. He tried all the options to find the best bang-for-the-buck for us. His bid included removal of HVAC equipment and all contaminated materials with a dumpster they provided. They came and did the work according to the bid less than a week after the bid was approved. They sent an invoice less than two weeks after they finished work for exactly what the bid had been. Excellent experience.

Excellent and intelligent process of removing, relocating and then sealing holes where animals can enter. Very pleased with the results!

Very responsive. I felt they were a bit expensive, but they did get rid of the little darlings and did some repair work. Very effective. We did find one dead raccoon, but we have no idea how it died. I hope never to use them again (meaning additional animal problems), but I would definitely recommend them .
