The local franchise owner, Nelson Buteau, did an excellent job in getting rid of the chipmunks and voles in my yard. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable.

Nelson was awesome. Prompt. Professional. Know his stuff!! He identified the problem right away and finished the job when he said he would. I got several quoted and his price was the best for the same job. He even went above and beyond to fix something else that was not negotiated at no charge. Definitely saving his number and sending recommendations for his company!!

I own rental properties and in that line of work you need to interact with all types of contractors. Nelson from Critter Minus,LLC is a true professional does Quality work & gives spot on Advice. The pricing is reasonable for the work thats being done. He handled a RAT problem at one of my properties and after seeing how he conducts business there is "No Question" he is the person you want to call for issues with Rats,Mice,roaches etc.... I will be using him in the future and recommending him to all those who will listen.

Nelson was amazing! He came to my home within 1hour as I have been dealing with squirrels in my attic for a month and they broke through the insulation into my garage which was making me and my son feel so uncomfortable in our home. He came out and set a trap the same day, caught the squirrels the next day and and closed all openings. I was so thankful because I had a previous quote and the person didn t even go in my attic. Nelson obviously is passionate about what he does and went in my attic, crawl space and checked my roof. He was very professional and very helpful and the price was very reasonable for the exceptional service I received.
