Critter Removal was hired to remove a Skunk. They dropped a trap/cage off on a Monday afternoon. Then I notified them a squirrel was trapped that Friday. It chewed a hole through the cage. They came by and picked up the cage and never replaced it. Finally on the following Monday I called and told them I'd like to terminate their services, because I had no cage all weekend and nobody responded to me. I paid for something that I easily could of done. They brought no value to me whatsoever.

The pro who came out was great. He was friendly and listened and did a good job. It is a bit challenging to speak to a representative on the phone though before the appt.

they found a mouse inside a wall. They do not repair the wall they cut open and do not have any disinfectant to spray inside wall. Tech was very nice but in a real hurry. They were about 3 hours later then quoted to get here. all in all a good job of finding problem.

They initially had a hard time trying to figure out how to reach the part of our attic where the raccoon had her nest. They removed the nest but the raccoon remained for a few days, finally exiting through the one-way screen they had put over our vent. They returned and swapped out the screen for a permanent one after we were sure the raccoon had left. The only reason they didn't score higher was confusion about the bill. We were not told upfront what this would cost, and they were adding all kinds of additional charges. Finally, we were given a "discount" that brought the price down, but I wish we hadn't had to negotiate this.

They are professional and knowledgeable, but if setting traps was all that was needed, I could have done that. Also, HomeAdvisor did not communicate well with them that I wanted a quote...not the actual work and a bill yet.

After the inspection we emailed an estimate to your office outlining that the only way we could help was to set traps. After our proposal of what we would be setting was approved and confirmed we came back to begin setting traps for the shrews. Sorry we did not reach the five star service we strive for everyday."

The company rep came out the same day, even though it was late afternoon when I called. He also checked to make sure other animals could not access crawl space.
