He's a young man who was so responsible. He called to confirm and was here on time and he was as professional as I hoped. I had a critter in my attic. He determined there had been a squirrel and a raccoon. He repaired all possible entrances. I think he'll do well building his business.

Fast, friendly service. Not able to locate the small animal during first visit on a Wednesday due to blockage in the chimney flue, but, agreed to return on the weekend when more evidence of its exact location was determined. Came on a VERY SNOWY (blizzard conditions) Saturday AND again Sunday and worked diligently until the small animal was rescued/problem resolved!!!

Tyler did a great job installing bird protection around our solar panels on a very steep roof. He also cleaned all the pigeon droppings but is coming back to clean one of the gutters he couldn't reach with the ladder he was using. So I'm very satisfied.

Tyler came out the day after I called (would have been there the same day but I couldn't meet him). He looked in our attic for squirrels, removed a squirrel's nest, but didn't see any serious issues. Since someone was already coming to repair the area where they were entering, there was nothing else he needed to do and no charge.
