    Norman & his wife Adele are tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us resolve our mice problem and quickly followed up with our snake problem. I also appreciate Daniel who was very nice & explained everything to me when they sent him to seal our house from basement to roof from opportunistic mice. I especially appreciate Norman returning two days in a row when some black snakes got trapped in my basement and garage. I was in a panic! When our neighbors were unable to find either of the snakes, Norman found both and took them off-site to release them.
