Landscape - Minor Grading or Resloping

David the " owner" only has had this business 6 months. No Experience with grading, running a machine or working with any dirt. Took half money for job before starting. Job contract stated he started Monday he showed 4 days later. Torn up cable line.eletric line and sprinklers that were covered and protected Destroyed our beautiful front yard. Used horrible clay, wanted more money spent deposit.Dont hire him save ur wallet and mind. Didnt finish job,also swears , huge liar, also had child of worker running around while they worked. How unprofessional can it get. Stay clear of this company. He has no workman's comp. He is a joke.

Made numerous promises he never kept. Never showed up when he was supposed to, the price kept changing, created significant damage to the property and neighbors' property. Ultimately, they left the job half-finished and the work site a mess.
