Steve and his guys took down a split 120-foot oak tree that was over my house and split in the windstorm we had. I was amazed at how safe and quickly they got it all done. My wife tipped them $300 because of how well-mannered and hard-working they were. I highly recommend Crockett outdoor services.

Tree Removal
Initial customer service was excellent. Upon looking at the â completedâ work, I quickly noticed that the tree trimming was just removing a couple low hanging branches. Dead branches and sapplings still remained in the trees, and the trees had not been shapen. I let Steve know that the work did not meet my expectations, and he said he would take care of it. It has been almost a month, with me attempting to contact him weekly with no response, and nothing has been resolved. He did, however, cash my check.
Response from Crockett Outdoor Services
"I am sorry but why would you pay me at the end of the job if you were not happy,? We only accept payments from satisfactory customers!!! I felt like my guys did an excellent job, Lindsay. I have been fighting back from covid over the last 26 days so my apologies for just now responding. I hope we can do something to help you with the job we did. I felt disappointed to get that news from you. it saddened me because my goal always is to make each customer happy"

I was so pleased with Crockett tree service and the work they did for my mother and at my house. Steve the owner even bought my dad a Vietnam veteran sweat shirt to show his appreciation for my dad's service. They removed 2 pine trees for my mom and a hickory tree at my house. I am going to just say I'm recommending them to every one I know that needs a tree worked on. Thank you and see you again in the fall.
