Suggested a temporary fix for my refrigerator. The condenser went bad and he had a patch which will get me past the C-19 shutdown before I m forced into a new refrigerator. Came as promised, reasonable price, gave me a solution without hosing me.

He is always punctual and cleans up after himself. He is fair in pricing. I would not use anyone else for my appliances. He is very knowledgeable and has fixed all of my appliances at some point. He is very honest and always lets me know what is doable and the best way to spend my money.

Ted Crocus has been our go to guy for repairs for about 20 years, and we have been very pleased with his work. He was just here for a microwave repair, and he has done various repairs for us over the years including repairing our JennAir Downdraft Stove motherboard for a great price.
