I hired Crowell Construction to rebuild my dilapidated 16’ x 16’ balcony. Our balcony was built 22 years ago and has since experienced enormous amounts of dry rot. Jacob, provided an excellent estimate of repairs and I found the price to be very reasonable compared to the other contractors. I chose him for more reasons than just price. Primarily because he recognized the need to replace the main 4”x 12” LVL beam. None of the other contractors even noticed it needed to be replaced. He showed me where the beam had dry rotted along the top and it was significant. His crew were excellent. They came literally every day until the job was finished. They also cleaned up every day before they left. Jacob kept me notified by phone, text and in person as to what each new phase would entail. I consider Jacob and Cromwell construction an honest and capable contractor and would highly recommend them to anyone who’s doing any kind of job, big or small.

I hired JC Elite Construction to install interiors doors that I had measured incorrectly. Jake was able to come up with a solution to fix my mistake and get the doors hung and painted and looking great. I plan on hiring him again for future home projects.
