Very expensive. I used them because I needed the furniture delivered quickly . They do not make multiple pick ups. So I quess that adds to the cost. The men were polite and skilled.

Mine was not a typical moving job. It was moving a grandfather clock that has been in the family for years. They assured me that their people would pack it, ship it, unpack it and set it up on the other end. So, it came. Mostly intact. One of the chimes broke because it had not been packed correctly. The person who delivered it said he knew nothing about putting a grandfather clock back together. And, as an FYI, the clock arrived in essentially a U-Haul trailer towed behind somebody's personal vehicle and he drove partway into a ditch on the way out. Customer service was good and that's the only reason the rating is as high as it is.

They were very difficult to communicate with and phone calls were left unanswered. The moving van was 4 days late and they charged an extra $1500 cash at the last minute due to a "longer" driveway.

nightmare company do not hire-gave me an estimate for 5 grand cost 15 grand, broke my stuff and lost some too. do not hire this company. bad news.
