Danny at Cross heating & air conditioner LLC were absolutely great work professional and fair prices but the best is that they were fast and were exactly at the time they said they were going to arrive considering the ice storm that was happening. I’m very grateful to the. I definitely recommend them!

We have several rental properties. We have called on Cross Heating and Air on several occasions. They have always been prompt and have taken care of whatever issues we called about. We would definitely recommend them and will continue to call on them in the future.

Mr. Cross came out to diagnose my heat pump 11\13\19 and gave me a quote to do the job. He was scheduled to start 2 days later. He never came back. when I called him, he did not remember coming to my house. Not reliable. Will not recommend him.
