Mike (the owner) is AWESOME!! I was in need of a stove cord swap and he was quick with responses and came out next day for the service. Install was efficient and he even moved both the old and new stoves for me. Very polite and trustworthy. I'll definitely use CrossWired for services in the future!

Well, all costs these days are too high in relation to our "middle class" income. It would be nice if everyone would come down on their hourly rate to compensate our stagnant incomes. I can't blame the contractor though-that is the typical going rate now. (But still too high!) He inspected our problem and could not find any problem-one of those weird things. At any rate, the lights are working again. He did a good thorrough job inspecting everything.
