Great job. Went out of his way to post a notice to all tenants a few days prior to the appointment date. Spent a lot of time to make sure that the job was complete, and reported back his findings and assessment of the tenants and property condition.

If you are looking to get rid of bed bugs, don't come to this guy. He is flakey and has no idea what he is talking about. Still in bed bug school. He put 250$ on hold for 3 months and I finally had to ask for my money back. When he came to treat he spent less than an hour doing so. He told me itd be about 4 to 5 ours. He also brought along a "assistant" who was SO rude because we told Carlos that his spray wasn't killing the bugs on contact (he told us that it would) he showed us and it definitely was not... horrible, horrible service. My grandparents were actually sent to the hospital after the sprays because he instructed them to go back in the house to early anf the doctors are currently doing tests to confirm this was the cause and I am hiring a lawyer!

Efficient and attentive, excellent value.

Carlos was amazing. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and 200% full of customer service. He spent 2 hours at my house under my house, around my house and inside my house spraying an odorless bug spray that immediately made an impact to the swarm of mosquitos and spiders I had on my ceilings, awnings and eves. He even took time to remove spider webs on my 17 foot ceilings. Carlos was honest. I didn't know if the thousands of mosquitos were really swarming termites or not. If you want a respectful, honest, top quality, reasonably priced and hardworking group then contact this company.
