I hired this company for replacing the electrical panel. The initial start of the project was positive but then, because of not maintaining consistent communication with me, as the customer, with the status as to delays, I was dissatisfied and did write a complaint. There were delays with the the electric service company which Peter was not responsible for and had no control over. However, after writing my complaint, Peter did improve keeping me better informed as to the status of the project and projected completion. The job was completed to my satisfaction and most importantly, passed inspection from the City electrical service provider. He did go out of his way to help me avoid any additional expense which could have been imposed by the City. That is much appreciated. Peter did do an excellent job as reflected by the end result.

Peter and Anthony were so great! Peter called immediately after I put the request into Angi and offered to come by the next day for a consult. He arrived right on time, took a look and gave us a quote, and said his team would be back later in the day to complete the work. Anthony returned with all the equipment and was able to switch our gas dryer hook-up to an electrical one in no time. He also offered to come back once the dryer arrived if it wasn’t working as planned. I got texts through the process letting me know when either of them would be arriving at the house. Would definitely use again!

work was very good but I was left unfinished. Ceiling left with holes, due to running wires and need of paint touch up. I would have arranged for this if I knew, please advise.

Crossland is one of the best Contractors I have come across in any field. The owner Peter is very hands-on from start to finish and makes sure you are comfortable and understand each step. The electrician he sent over for the job was George. PLZ ASK FOR GEORGE!!!! This man has a talent for this trade. Fast and efficient!!! Job Details: Rewire 1 floor, Replace Both Electrical Panels(Double Grounded), New Weather Guard and transfer the meters outside plus a few smaller fixes. ASK FOR GEORGE!!!

the exact project was removal of a fluorescent light fixture. I called yesterday spoke with Peter explained what was needed to be done on short notice. Called him back this morning and he had an electrician to me within 30 minutes phone call. George, electrician was here and got the job done efficiently. Extremely friendly, & professional. Would definitely use them again. Thank you Peter & George!
