I called Crossover Roofing for an estimate to replace my roof. From the day the Project Manager, Jake Lowery showed up I felt confident I didn't have to worry about anything. Jake was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He represented Crossover Roofing extremely well! Jake was always on time and anticipated all the next steps in the process from start to finish. The installers were prompt and did a very good job in a timely manner of one day. They even cleaned up the area with no mess left behind. I am very pleased with service I received and most of all I am extremely pleased with my new roof! I would highly recommend Crossover Roofing to anyone!

In general people in construction are not the best communicators. Crossover is an exception. They returned all of my calls, answered all of my questions and got the job done. Their installer was very courteous and kept my job site clean. I may have paid a little more than the cheapest guy out there but I received good value and customer service. Thanks Brian and Mary.
