Crossroads came to fix the under cabinet LED lights they installed. They charged $75.00 service charge. The worker said he did not have the right part. They came again and charged another $75.00. after working on the lights they still could not fix it. We eventually fixed the lights ourselves and paid them for the first service call. They have now put us into collection for the second service call that we feel we should not have to pay.

The work was well done, they communicated with us daily, and they came up with workable solutions when the age of our home presented challenges. Technician was very pleasant and on time. He texted me back within half hour on a Sunday night and was at the house by noon on the next day. He also took the time to explain everything to me. I would definitely hire them again, as well as recommend them.
