we scheduled inspection at 10am. when I arrived at 9:55am, he was already on site and started working. when I left at 12:20pm, he stayed and continued checking items. Overall, he spent good 4 hours for the inspection and covered a lot of details. (when I purchased my first home 8 years ago, the inspection, not by him, probably took only about half of the time and of course many details were not covered.) he did a good explanation to me when i was there. the final report has lot of pictures and is quite easy to understand. the price is reasonable. I would recommend him to any home buyer.

Chad has been professional from the very beginning. The same day I entered my information on Service Magic I was contact be Chad. After interviewing him, I knew that he was the right man for the job. I called to schedule a home inspection on a potential investment property and within 24hrs Chad was at the property completing his home inspection.
