I was out for the night and came home to a flooded basement. My hot water tank and pressure relief valve went bad which apparently means my basement turns to a swimming pool. I called a bunch of numbers but since it was late and on the weekend, no one was answering or calling back. CPR had a live person answer and the owner, Josh, called me back within 5 minutes. They helped me stop the water over the phone. Later Jack, another professional looking guy, came to my house with a crew and got all the water out. They removed and replaced the ruined stuff and ran all kinds of equipment which made my house not smell. Much appreciated. A+ for answering a phone late and being professional. I don t like bringing in weirdos and hillbillies in my house with my family. These guys did exactly as they said they would do. Would highly recommend for any issue....insurance related or not. Awesome job CPR.
