My home had electrical issues so I made numerous calls to companies. Ultimately, I selected Tim for three reasons: 1) His rates were the most competitive, 2) He was highly communicative, and 3) He was patient with my inability to describe the issue, asking questions to help support my non-technical explanation. Now that the issues are resolved, I'm really happy I went with him. His professionalism and expertise was outstanding. Not only was he effective in solving the problem, he was highly efficient, too. He approached my electrical issue with creativity, looking at the problem from several directions before landing on a solution. I would absolutely recommend Tim to others. Should I have electrical issues in the future, CrossTown Electric will be my only phone call.

I gave Tim lots of leeway to use his judgment installing recessed lighting in the kitchen. He did a super job. It was everything I wanted. He is a busy man so be patient.

Helped troubleshoot a couple problems we were having. Very helpful in letting us know what was going on and what we needed to do. Had to reschedule a couple times, but once they got here they were great.

Tim (along with Shane) was knowledgeable about city codes, thorough, efficient and personable. He reviewed what we needed and went right to work. He made recommendation for the correct light fixtures. His price was fair. We have asked them to return to do an additional larger electrical project. We recommend highly them. We now have found an electrician we trust. We have had great success with Home Advisor referrals.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor of any kind. He was professional and charged a fair price. I recommended him to my son and he was as happy with Tim as I was.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
