Communication was ranked lower than very good because there was no response to numerous phone calls or e-mails after broken promises to deliver a property survey report. Otherwise, Victor was very communicative. Timeliness was ranked poor due to the extent of time taken to complete projects within "two weeks": projects took one to two months to complete.

Dry rot, Water or Pest Damage Major Repair
I highly recommend Crosswind Construction Inc. for any small construction projects, they did an excellent job of repairing the damage to my home resulting from an infestation of termites. Victor was courteous, helpful and explained the entire process in detail insisting on a written agreement for our mutual protection.
