I recently used Crow Creek Septic Services LLC to clean and pump out my septic tank, and I could not be more impressed with the experience. Scheduling the appointment was simple, and the team was professional and courteous from the very first phone call. As a first-time septic tank owner, I had several questions regarding maintenance, service timing, and whether the tank was overdue or still within a normal service window. Jacob and Landon took the time to thoroughly explain everything. They provided valuable information on monitoring septic levels, how to personally inspect and maintain the system, and recommended service intervals based on the condition of the tank. They even provided me with a diagram explaining how the septic system functions, along with additional items to keep an eye on moving forward. We had emergency septic situation where our effluent pump had failed, and our tank was FULL. Crow Creek Septic Services came out on a Sunday and pumped the tank and confirmed that the pump had indeed failed. They ordered a new pump and did all of the repairs for us. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Jacob and Tim were great guys and great to work with as well. Veteran owned and operated - we highly recommend them!
