Very trustworthy. Brad from Crow River was awesome. He arrived within an hour of calling him (lucky timing) and he showed me what I needed to do to keep my system clean (main issue) and did a quick once-over on the rest of the system. Saved me a ton of money and headaches. I will certainly call on Brad again!! Had another bid for "service" from another vendor over the phone but they only wanted to sell a new system.
