We've used Mac at our residence for a few years. He is affable and has done a good job. However, he's slipping. I recently called him to do some trimming. He was 3 days late to show for a bid appointment, and then it took him 2 weeks to return a bid for my simple job. The job is less than the last time he came, but he wanted to charge more than twice as much. All good things must end.

Came out and provided estimate. Fair prices. Guys did an excellent job. Cleaned everything up. Stacked wood neatly for us for future use. Very helpful. Overall super pleased with everything they did. Thank you!

Reynold (Business owner) and his father were fantastic. Very professional, methodical, safety conscious and fast. Our tree(about 28ft) was gone in one hour. They cleaned up the debris. I had two very large trees right in front of my house with lots of big branches overhanging my house and lots of dead limbs. I contacted them on a Monday for an estimate and work was completed on Thursday. Great work, trees look awesome and no need to be worried about heavy snow bringing down anything on my house. Friendly and courteous team.

This was a big, big job. I had a VERY large, dead cottonwood tree in the back of one of my rental properties that overhung Dublin. At first, Crown above was very responsive. They came right out and provided a quote. Once all the other quotes were in, I selected Crown Above because they were the lowest and the first response. Unfortunately, after I selected them, communication was very poor. I had to threaten to go someplace else before I finally heard back from. Then, they informed me that the city was going to charge them for a permit to restrict traffic on Dublin - a cost that they had not anticipated. That moved their estimate more in line with other bids I received, so I still went forward. The good news is that communication improved and they showed up to do the work when they said, and completed (sort of) when they said. I was told that the stump would be cut off at a foot above ground level, but it is at least 3 feet above. They also said that their truck was full, but they be back to get the remaining debris in a couple of days. They also said they would be back this winter to cut the stump off more. They have not returned for the last of the debris and they are not responding to text messages inquiring about it. I have my doubts about them returning to cut off the stump, but if they do, I'll revise this review. The bottom line is that this was a much bigger job than Crown Above was prepared to do. The good news is that they got it done (mostly). I would recommend this service for smaller trees and shrubs, but if you have a big job, go with someone that has more experience.

I paid Crown Above in advance and they did not complete the job. I have tried several times to contact them and I get an answering machine.

We had one minor problem which was addressed satisfactorily.

We had a tree fall during the blizzard in March. While they were quick to initially respond, the overall work took a month to complete.

Went the extra step. Good value! Nice to work with. Clean Up too!

It was a difficult job with the tree laying on our neighbor's garage. They were on time and got the tree removed without any further damage to the roof. Not an easy feat. Price was great and their work was better. Highly recommend.
