From the beginning, the project was delayed three times, once because the crew wasn't available and then a delay with brick layers caused the paver & turf project to be delayed again. Then another delay of 2 weeks because the crews were busy on another project so they pushed back my start date again. Then when a crew showed up, they put all of their materials in front of my neighbors' property and street. When asked about this, the reply I got was "Sorry!" Then there were issues tying the new pavers in with the existing pavers and drain in the back. I was told by the crew's foreman that he would put the drain in and work the pavers up flush to the property and he would dig me a channel for further drainage. Never done! It took almost a week for the job to be completed once started. I was told it would be 2 days. Because of the extended timeframe, I couldn't be there on the final day of the job, my son was there. Two weeks later I called and complained about the shoddy paver job and my customized fence & gate. I was told they would be out that Monday after the 4th of July and they showed up a couple of days later to cement one paver, put sand into some cracks in the pavers, and told my son that they would be back to redo the pavers in the area they were uneven. I have not heard from Crown & Blade since. The first week in July. My pavers are separating more and more each day and I am still awaiting a response from Crown & Blade Turf.

This is our first time having artificial turf installed and we absolutely love it. People told us in the beginning that we would need to water it down before our dog goes on the grass because of the heat. It does get hot, that's correct but our dog doesn't seem to mine one bit and even lays down with no problem in the sunlight. Crown and Blade Turf did a great job, and the lawn looks fantastic. It has totally changed our backyard and how we spend our time out there. Thank you so much

Great I would hire them again

The man giving us an estimate was very though. That was the tipping point for us. We had other estimates and they took about a minute and came up with a number. They scheduled it for about 10 days out. The works was efficient and we are very pleased with the finished project. Also the didnâ t require a down payment. We didnâ t pay until about a week after the job was done.

They do it professionally and stick to timeline

They did a great job. The cost was very reasonable and competitive. Came out and measured 2 days after contact. Job done in less then 2 weeks. My wife loves the turf.

Comparatively reasonable prices with high quality turf. Listened to what we wanted and made it Jaden and got the job done quickly. Highly recommended.

The level of professionalism was amazing and the customer service was great! We worked closely with Austin who personally called us several times to check in on the progress. When we had some questions Austin and his team came out to the house to walk us through the answers! The end result is phenomenal and looking forward to working with them again!
