Crown Custom Homes is a residential general contractor serving the Quad Cities. We handle custom builds, whole-home renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, additions, and decks. Our founder started framing houses in 2007 and has spent over 15 years in high-end framing and finish carpentry. He stays personally accountable from the first walkthrough to the final punch list, so you deal directly with the person responsible for your project. Every job follows a clear process: discovery, site visit, a defined scope, an itemized flat-rate proposal, and progress updates once work begins. We're licensed in Davenport, registered with the State of Iowa, bonded, and insured, and our work is backed by a workmanship warranty.
