"This review is very misleading. We were contracted by the homeowner to perform services. We were not a week late arriving. I scheduled the work to begin on a Thursday. We contacted the owner and stated circumstances beyond our control had occurred. I personally asked if Saturday would be ok to start the project. We had two workers scheduled for the weekend work. One worker called off. One worker stayed both Saturday and Sunday as to not fall behind on this project. We did have equipment. We rented a skid steer for the project which was there during the weekend work. I received an angry call from the homeowner Monday morning stating we were fired for only providing one worker. I stated it was the weekend one called off. I have a two man crew coming that day to continue the work. Owner refused and the only reason he stated he was upset was that he himself worked along side the worker on the weekend. I stated we did not ask you to work sir. This project was projected to take 5 days. After almost two days of quality work we were fired because the owner decided on his own to work on the project. I took date stamped photos of the work which was of high quality to that point. I was never abusive but firm in stating that we were owed for the work we did complete in a quality manner. So I am the only party that has been ripped off for proving two days of services for no payment at all. Made a fair offer to only be paid 1/5 of the project value when it was closer to half of the work was performed."
