Called Ctown electric to finish outside GFIâ s, 4 calls and they didnâ t call me back.

"Hi Timothy- I'm sorry you think we did not answer your call. we have no record of 4 missed calls from the same number in our call log. Perhaps you are mistaking us for another company. We are here 8-5 Monday-Thursday and 8-2 on Fridays. We even have an emergency line available for after-hours emergencies. We answer all the calls we can, and if we are unable to and a customer leaves a voicemail, we make sure to call them back in a timely manner. Perhaps you called during non-business hours or did not leave a voicemail. But, unfortunately, I think you are mistaking us for another company as we do not have any record of 4 missed calls."

Electrician was on time, respectful, and patient. He verified what we wanted before getting started, double checked before adding additional outlet, had the final project checked for accuracy, and cleaned up everything! The job was quick and precise. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Reasonably priced and quality work! You can't go wrong.

Crown (Eric) was extremely responsive, very interactive with questions and answers to accurately quote the job within hours, were able to schedule the work within a few days and were punctual and professional when completing the work. Went beyond the scope of the job (installation of exhaust fan) and fixed a light switch that was not functioning. I would definitely recommend for hire!
