Dan was very thorough in every conversation. Besides the irrigation system, he also provided quotes for drainage improvements and other landscaping projects.

Quick response to query,salesperson seemed to be knowledgeable of product, work done in timely manner, good crew, good followup the next day, but I was always promised that "Marty" (the owner) was coming to review the job--he never materialized, overall acceptable bid and performance

We are a real estate co and found Crown Lawn to be of the least professional, knowledgeable and truthful of any co we have used. They say one thing, yet do another. Our sprinkler sys was NEVER fixed thus NEVER worked and they NEVER stood by their work. Their charges are ALWAYS different from what is agreed, you have to argue about EVERY aspect of their work. Bottom line, we paid over $3000 for work that was INCOMPLETE and NEVER repaired. Their integrity is of the lowest I have ever experienced and they have an excuse for everything. The problem is not with the workers but with the owner I WOULD AVOID WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

Marty was very friendly and knowledgeable about lawn care and lawn irrigation. He spent all the time we needed to understand his system and was able to install it within 3 days of submitting our deposit. Then he came back and explained how the system worked and how to change it to meet our lawn's specific needs. I would certainly recommend Crown Lawn care to anyone.

Repair old sprinkler system and suggested several options before doing the work.

Marty is a pleasure to work with and a true professional! He came out on a holiday to provide the initial bid for a sprinkler system install. The job was completed one week after the bid. When the installers failed to install the rain sensor with the system, Marty came out the next day to install it himself. We�ll be using Crown Lawncare again for additional yard maintenance.

I think I was charged for more hours than I was serviced. Service was good but too expensive. Crown followed up with me and adjusted the rate to my satisfaction.

Very fast and prompt service. I called them and they were able to work my lawn in that same day. All the weeds and dandy lions I had growing in my yard have died or are in process of dying within a week of the treatment.

Think there was an error on my address and phone number when I submitted this request. Never heard from company.

Very good, very reponsive. So far all is working well.

There was a serious mistake with the billing that would have gone unnoticed if I was not home to oversee the job. I called and it was quickly and courteously corrected. But, it still bothers me that I was told there would be 2 people sent, only one arrived, and I was billed for 2 people. The job was easily done by the one person.

Marty & his crew were wonderful. They had the sprinkler system done in 1 day. Came out and followed up the next day, to ensure good coverage. I would highly recommend them.
