Rodney appears to be recently starting out on his own but is definitely not a stranger to the trade. Our issue was not quite what we thought it would be but Rodney was very thorough in troubleshooting the issue and solving the problem. Turned out to be not as simple as when we first spoke on the phone but Rodney was not deterred and was able to solve our immediate issue as well as a future issue before it became critical.
