Crown Ridge Roofing, Inc.

The company repaired an old, leaky roof. Unfortunately, the new roof leaks. When I called to tell them it was leaking, a man came out to do some patching. It continued to leak. I called again, and he came back and told me he had done everything he could do to repair it. The roof continued to leak every time it rained. When I called, they would not return my calls. I do not like writing a review like this, but I also do not like a leaky roof. My contract says they will **assure a watertight membrane over the entire structure**. They have not done that!

Got the job I wanted

Crown Ridge wasn't the least expensive bid that I received, but I liked the way Ray presented his bid and explained how the work would be done. They showed up on time, cleaned up each day and did a fantastic job overall.

Efficient crew, excellent customer service, cleaned up at end of both days.

They got most of the job done in two days, staying until 7:30 on the second day to almost finish the job. All the small items were taken care of without question or argument.

Julian and Ray were both available to me very quickly when I had questions during the installation process. The crew arrived at 7:30a.m. each morning ready to go to work. They took care in leaving the site clean each day and especially so when the job was finished. My new roof is beautiful. I'm very glad I chose this company. Of the 4 interviewed I felt the most trust in this company's integrity and the price was really excellent for the job done. I wanted the very best materials and workmanship for the best price and I got it.

This company is professional, arrives on time, completes the work as scheduled. Left no debris in my yard. I would hire them again. Reasonable in the cost as well.

Did not do a perfect job of cleaning up at the end of the project, But it was darn close, missed a couple of scraps of paper other than that it was very clean.

Ray was very professional, and the workers were as well. Workers arrived on time, seemed very organized and cleaned up the site at the end of both work days. We were very pleased with the work, and are very happy with the look of the new roof. We would definitely recommend them.
