Crown Roofing and Remodeling

The work was scheduled twice and no one showed. When it was actually complete, there were many places where the work was shoddy. Spots where flashing was missing, where edge shingles were not sufficiently secured, and most importantly rotted wood was not removed or replaced, but rather covered up. One area had open space and rotted wood where two roof lines meet. Mr. Elrod did not respond to messages or phone calls for two weeks. When he did visit after the fourth contact, he stated that someone would return the following week to repair that area. No one ever showed and I paid another repair person to rip out the damaged area and redo the roof and underlying structure. I never heard from Crown Roofing again.

Jim was the best roofer I've ever had. He was straight forward with me, a lot of guys don't come clean and tend to beat around the bush when you ask them questions. With Jim this was not the case, I was nervous when I pulled the trigger because the deal was too good to be true. I was glad i made the decision, the work done was phenomenal. He gave me a 20 year warranty and ever since he finished the roof he has come out to do some roof maintenance.
