Very responsive to the urgency for the repairs needed. Did not get many estimates as their trustworthiness was obvious with their original assessment/ estimate. Very pleased with the response and the work completed.

Crown Roofing provides estimates in a timely manner and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. Other companies have taken up to a week to respond with an estimate. I also like being able to email them and complete forms online. This is helpful and a real time saver. They even waives the 3% charge for using a charge card on the deposit. Thank you.

So far a 1 day job is stretched out to a week with twodays of no show and no calls. Texts and calls go unreturned. Job not done yet and customer service line closes at 5pm sharp.

Very professional, they took before and after pictures of the roof. Pleased with work, neat and tidy.

The roof leak was fixed. They had 3 different crews to complete the work. There was a lot of confusion between the crews and what they needed to do. The first day, they didn't show up. The 2nd day, only 1 person showed up - late. The 3rd day the crew was late. Each day required a phone call to find out where they were and when they were going to show up. While they did complete the job, as agreed, the amount of hassle made it a negative business experience.

I hired them remotely (using home advisor) as the home that needed roofing is in Florida and I am in New Hampshire. Florida, unfortunately, has a lot of scamming contractors so I was a little nervous. Crown Roofing, LLC, was excellent. They could have told me I had to replace the whole roof and I would not have known the difference. Instead, they were honest and just did the part of the roof that needed work. I was extremely pleased with the quality, pricing and integrity of their service.
