DONT HIRE THEM! UNLICENSED AND INCOMPETENT AS WELL AS DISHONEST. Do not hire these dishonest, unethical crooks! Jrc housing, inc out of rancho cucamonga, john christian, a licensed contractor, hired savannah dial as his foreman on our house remodel. He removed structural beams without proper support and demos asbestos without proper remediation. Then he brought savannah dial on board and she lied to me and said she was a general contractor and in fact she had no licenses at all! All of her tradesmen were incompetent and had no idea what they were doing. They were also dishonest crooks that stole materials I bought for the house and they purposely damaged shutters and oversprayed texturing on light switches, windows, exposed wood beams in my house. The so-called electrician left live wires in the walls and I was later told by a licensed electrician that he lost sleep at night worried about how dangerous the work they did was and hoped the house did not burn down! Same thing with the plumbing - all the joints were not sautered properly or at all and I was told by a licensed plumber that every connection they had made in walls would have leaked throughout my entire house and behind every wall. The venting from exhaust fans lead to nowhere - under the house and into the attic! They were paid $43,000, I paid for all the materials and did not complete one project and the work done was completely wrong and all needed to be redone by competent licensed professionals! When called out, savannah dial quit and took my money and ran. She also called lions glass and threatened to destroy their reputation online through yelp, etc. If they did not give her back the $500 deposit I had paid them for glass shower doors. She was so ugly, the owner of lions gave her back my deposit under duress. Do not get involved with these people in any way, shape or form. I gave them 1/2 star because I had to rate them. The system did not allow me to give negative stars, otherwise I would have. Do not hire jrc housing, savannah dial, mark hendricks or lonnie! I have already received the $15,000 surety bond, have a formal complaint into the california state contractors board and once that investigation is completed they will lose their license and I am going to file a lawsuit against them to get every dime of my money back.

Crown Western Services serviced my house for a one-time service and performed sub-par at best. They were overpriced to begin with with only the bathrooms, oven, and windows to be cleaned and the results were unacceptable. Crown Western Services is a rip-off organization. I gave them a one star rating for showing up but regret hiring them at all.

Cleaning was great!! They arrived on time. Very hard to reach. Unresponsive to phone calls and text.

I was so happy that not only did we take the time to plan out some future projects but I called their office and increased the price paid by $50. Savannah has a great team and delivered excellent service.

Dorothy and Karen were very hard workers. I think they ran out of time and forgot a few things but I have been assured they would be addressed at their next visit. Savannah is very responsive to texts and phone calls. Great customer service. I think it will be a long relationship.

The maids were in a hurry since one of them had a doctors appointment. Hence they could not complete all the assigned work

The cleaners were more concerned with the total amount if time they were taking to clean, rather than focusing on doing quality work. Very disappointed with results. Many obvious areas that required a good scrub were overlooked. Too many missed items to list, but include baseboards not cleaned, tile floors not cleaned, empty refrigerator not completely cleaned, microwave filters not cleaned, etc. This was supposed to be a deep clean.

After looking over my house once the job was done, I am very disappointed. I requested to have someone clean up after a party. Floors, countertops, bathrooms, etc. I found spots on the floor still there from the party, a substantial amount of debris I had to sweep up AFTER the job was done. I feel I was charged too much for an hour and a half of work. I sent her a pic of what I had to still had to sweep up letting her know I was not too happy and I get no response

Moved out of rental, these girls came in and did an awesome job! Highly recommended!

Savannah came to my home and listened thoroughly to what date needed done and even did a little extra. Was a great experience and I will contact again 🎉🎉

Pleased with their work, things that I noticed that need a little improvement, have been improved. Good personalities and very easy to talk with, overall, pleased with the work that they are providing.
