Our Electrolux french door refrigerator/freezer ceased cooling. Appointment was scheduled, with tech arriving within the time frame given. Technician Kevin was professional, courteous, worked quickly and answered all my questions. Definitely will call them again when needed.

The gentleman listened to me when i told him what the problem was. That is always a plus with me. The first thing I learned in nursing was to liisten to your patient! He assessed the problem and fixed the thermostat. He also came the same day and wth 8 people in our family that was soooooo .........important. ;-))))
