The tech who serviced my dryer was excellent he knew what he was doing and fix the problem

I ascertained from talking to the repairman that he was very knowledgeable and was very well trained in diagnosing what exactly was wrong with my refrigerator. He had the part in his truck and my refrigerator is now running like a top. Very satisfied.

Kay responded quickly to my online request for service. Todd Evans arrived at the designated time. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. After examining my oven, Todd made a quick diagnosis of the problem and offered me a solution. I was impressed that Todd had the part needed in his vehicle so I didn't have to schedule another appointment. Todd replaced the faulty ignitor and tested the oven to make sure it worked. Crumâ s Appliance Repair was extremely responsive (even on a Sunday). The owner came out and he is very knowledgeable certainly about refrigerators and I would think all other appliances. He found the problem almost immediately and clearly explained what the issue was. He was able to fix the problem. They were very considerate by letting us know when they would be at our home. They were very nice and I would definitely recommend this company for appliance repair. Yes, I would use them again!

Worked on our washer and dryer. Was prompt, efficient and honest. Canâ t ask for more than that.

We called, a gentleman checked our washer made a couple of calls and wrote us an estimate. The next day the owner (Kevin Crum) called us back to tell us that he could revise the estimate much lower since he found a parts kit to fix the washer. We considered his revised estimate and called him back to do the work, it took about two hours. The washer was making noise in the spin cycle, now it doesn't. The whole process worked very well, Kevin is very professional, knows his business and does it very well!! I would and will recommend him to my family and friends.

Our Electrolux french door refrigerator/freezer ceased cooling. Appointment was scheduled, with tech arriving within the time frame given. Technician Kevin was professional, courteous, worked quickly and answered all my questions. Definitely will call them again when needed.
