I loved these guys. Let me explain my family's story with these guys. We got three quotes from three different water softeners installers. Although all the options were pleasant enough, the first company we came across tried to pressure us to install their water softener by saying if we signed the contract that day he would throw in $1000 of free soap - and the installation would be $6000. That was definitely too high, and that offer was weird. The second company we got a quote from didn't offer any options. Water Crusader was the third company to visit us. They were very professional, wanted us to take the time to make a decision, showed us why we might want one water softener over the other in a no pressure pitch - in short, it was great. We ended up going with their top of the line water softener. As a consequence our water tastes better (not the same as bottled water, of course, but the chlorine is gone which is nice!), and - to my surprise - some minor rashes that I have had on my face for nearly a decade now are gone! I'm not a doctor of course, and cannot say that you'll have the same experience that I did with my rashes - but suffice to say, I've been very grateful for water Crusader and their professionalism and service. I felt confident that the work would be done with all possible care to have Unit properly installed The reason I felt this way was because the salesman was the one putting the hard work into the instiliation and I felt he wanted to make sure he lived up to his word. I feel that he did.

Mark was very knowledgeable. Troubleshot a broken water pressure value into the house and repaired the main water connection. I believe that connection was weeks away from failing, so I am thrilled we caught it. Mark is very passionate about doing his work to code and making the systems better.

Crusader Water is awesome! Their knowledgeable and patient people will explain everything you want to know about water quality, down to the nerdy details. The system they installed works very well. Their prices are a little higher than what we were expecting to pay, but Mark went above and beyond to make sure that we had the system that would work for our family. Mark was also fun to talk to throughout the process and was the installation process was quick and actually fun. Highly recommended!

Crusader Water Systems and Mr. Mark Cowart did a phenomenal job with marketing, selling, and installing the system. As a new resident to Utah, I definitely felt that Crusader provided a welcoming and informative experience. The system which Mark installed: -POE Water Treatment (CS-E-35+Fluoride) -Active Armor (CS-AA-200) -Freshpoint 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis (kitchen sink) -UT-CS-UV-5-151 (Ultraviolet Disinfectant System) I can say without hesitation that I am extremely satisfied with all phases of the purchase, from initial phone call, project consultation, and the install. The system was efficiently installed in an organized manner in the existing space near the water heater in my garage. The water is soft, I need less soap and detergent than I would otherwise, and the water from the kitchen sink tap tastes great and has extremely low dissolved solids due to the reverse osmosis. I am confident this system will provide safe water and will extend the lifespan of my plumbing and water heater. Overall, well done Crusader! Highly recommended.

We have had a softener installed from Crusader for about a month now and have loved the results we have seen. We had two reasons for purchasing; our dry skin and hard water build up on our pipes. Our two year old was getting rashes and had a lot of dry skin. It is now almost non existent. Our shower (which was only 6 months old) was seeing build of an hurting the flow. after a matter of days the soft water had pushed through and we now longer see any build up. Our dishes also look so much cleaner coming out of the dish washer. In addition to the results, Pat was excellent to work with and was open and honest and didn't force us into anything we did need. Very Satisfied

Arrived on time. Work was completed efficiently. Took his time to make sure it was done right and gave me an thorough explanation of the water treatment system. Water tastes good. Took a eight times to flush the filtration system out before the water tasted good.

Called to let us know when he would arrive, and arrived on time. Did the work fast and effectively. We are pleased with the work. He promised to return in a couple of weeks to test to make sure the system is running properly.

After years of problems and hundreds of dollars in service calls and repairs to Culligan, we finally decided to replace the Culligan water softener. We looked online and found Crusader to have excellent reviews. Our salesperson was polite, knowledgeable, tidy, and is also a plumber, so he really knew what he was doing with the install, which was done the same day. He followed up after the sale as well, several times. We've owned it almost a month now and are super pleased with the difference. We even threw out our fridge filter because the water tastes better than it did going through that little carbon filter. Highly recommended. We couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I have spent time with 4 different water softener companies to look at different options, especially on the cost. The difference between other companies and Crusader was their employees, Mark and Patrick. Mark was really great in educating my family about water software in general and he was able to convinced us to go for his system even though Crusader system is much costlier than other brands. Patrick was an awesome technical expert and very friendly person.

His professionalism and knowledge of the many different water system products out there and how the systems work was very helpful in making our decision. Crusader Water of Utah has been extremely patient and willing to work with me across all my questions and objections. They are by far the most educated of any water servicers I talked to and worked with. I had 5 groups come in and do a evaluation on my house. It's an extremely old house with very limited mobility in the crawlspace where the work would be done. Crusader water was the only group that actually got down in my crawlspace beforehand and really prepared for the possibility of working on it. It definitely cost more to have them do it than some other options, but it was worth it in knowing that we got the best system for our needs and the best people to work on our house. That being said, there are other companies that we're more expensive, like Costco, so by no means is crusader over priced. Lastly I just want to call out again how thorough they where in answering questions and doing third own research. They even adjusted their website wording because I found it confusing. All in all, working with them was a great experience and I'm glad that home advisor sent them my info. Otherwise I wouldn't have even known they existed.
