I would not recommend this contractor based on my experience. The project involved multiple workmanship issues, incomplete work, poor finishing, improper sealing, and visible defects throughout the installation. The work also exceeded the promised timeframe. After documenting the issues and sending a formal written request for resolution and refund, I did not receive a response. Homeowners should make sure they thoroughly review all work and document everything carefully before making final payment. The name of the contractor to avoid is Cruz Capital LLC AKA Shakim Cruz who is the Business Owner. If you need any more information or details please let me know and please ?? be careful neighbors !

Do not work with Cruz Capital. This company lives up to its nameâ they cruise their way to a quick paycheck without delivering quality results. Initially, I was impressed by how quickly they managed to tear up my bathroom and put everything back together. However, this speed came at a significant cost. They left trash scattered long enough for me to receive fines. Additionally, they abandoned the toilet and tub inside the house along with numerous contracting buckets. To make matters worse, they left grout smeared all over the shower, which they dubiously call "art." Perhaps with better oversight, they might improve, but unfortunately, I wasn't home during the work to supervise them. Without guidance, Cruz Capital and their team were utterly disappointing. Avoid this companyâ they will only leave you frustrated and confused.
