Cruz Cleaning

We used their service for a one time deep clean. The crew of three came on-time and worked non-stop for nearly 8 hrs. They cleaned everything from top to bottom and offered us daily maintenance tips. The price were pre-negotiated so there were no surprises. The team were professional and courteous. They did such an exceptional job that we decided to have them clean our house on a regular basis.

Carolina works very hard the entire time, and is very attentive to details. She's an honest individual and a very hard worker. I had her come in for a move-out cleaning, but I am thinking about hiring her to come in monthly!

We had three recommendations from Home Advisors to clean our home. We did not know any of the three. I talked to all three and decided on Cruz Cleaning. Carolina De Orellana has been cleaning our home since then. We have been most pleased with her work. She is thorough and the house is spotless when she leaves. We also have workers here remodeling our master bath. Carolina is most flexible having other workers in the house. She is also flexible with our schedule. Carolina is friendly and courteous. She shows up on time and she works non-stop. We are very pleased that we chose her.

Carolina is the best! She didn't rush but rather took her time to throughly clean my home. When I asked her to clean the window sills she had no problem. Before leaving she asked if I needed anything else done. Excellent customer service.

Carolina and her coworker do an amazing job! They are very thorough and clean all of the small spots that our old cleaning service missed. I really enjoyed their services. I would just make sure you confirm the time for arrival. I did so the night before and the next morning I was told that they overbooked. We had plans for the afternoon so we had to hold off, but their morning appointment wasn't available so they came just the same. They deep cleaned wonderfully. Minus a broken wine glass that was lost during cleaning and a few other things we found after they left (left over cleaning rags and dusting solution that hadn't been cleaned off of wood and stained it on our bed) I would still call back and make sure I do another walk through. Great bargain and we enjoyed that they took their time, stayed a long time to make sure everything was clean, I will use them again in the beginning of 2017.

Professional, efficient

Carolina and her coworker did a phenomenal job! I could tell walking up to my home (not inside yet) that those ladies were and had been working hard. Once inside, I was very impressed and pleased, I felt like they went above and beyond. Would definitely use them again and have already highly recommended them to friends/family.
